Just booked a RT HVN-ORF with companion ticket and was told that Row 1 D/F (emergency exit) are now only for CPs. Could get Row 4, also exit, but no extra leg room ofcourse. When asked whether that was a new rule the agent said no. When countered that I booked several flights over the past month and had no problem reserving those seats as a Gold, she became upset. Anyone else heard this one yet?

Same for the Embraer from ORF-HVN. Row 2 on that one is for handicapped. Strange, because on the website all those seats are indicated as preferred only.

Just tried to book online and no problem getting these seats. Guess I'll call another agent to change seats?
