My company pays for the ticket .. they do not get the AA miles!??

My secreatary books the tickets .. should she expect the miles go into her account?

A huband and wife travel together. They pay for the ticket from the joint charge card. Wife does not have an AAdvantage number. Can husband put his AAdvantage number on BOTH tickets and earn twice the miles??

So far the rules and postings say NO.

If you are a company who is paying for the ticket, you may develop and implement (and enforce) a travel policy whereby all company paid travel will accumulate AA miles in the travelers name .. BUT that traveler cannot spend the miles without company approval. In essence .. spending of accumulated miles would only be approved for further company related travel.

Oh and while we are on the topic .. if the travler's flight is delayed and there is any resulting 'customer service' miles bonus.. how do you want THAT credited? If the traveler takes VDB compensation .. how do you want that voucher made out?

So many questions .. so little research!
