SPG does actually have some fairly private stuff. Like off Puerto Vallarta, Greece, Sardinia. Not sure about Caribbean though.

In terms of making suggestions, what's your price range? Do you want all-inclusive?

It sounds like you want private island / villa type property..

I would also say Necker and Mustique are the first that come to mind in terms of private Islands.
