BA have to act on these aircraft deficiencies as they are brought to their attention, particularly in relation to the fleet that may carry passengers who are from america. What Mr Blue Hen Flyer has done is put BA on notice that that particular aircraft has on it a dangerous seat. And the next 'henner' who rips his hand open on the seat will want to be compensated under US law. And if not, the poor women who responded to the Hen's complaint will be extradited to the US under the new extradition law.
And my excuse is a bottle of Moldovian merlot from my last BA stash. Not bad either.
