1) Has anyone had any experience with ordering special meals in business class on Thai? Their website lists "Religious" and "Health/Diet" meal options, and I wondered if these were any better than the standard fare (not that I have any complaints about the standard fare.)

2) Also, have used 2 of the Thai business class lounges in BKK, one near security and one near gate 31. The one near security has been ridden hard and put up wet, to say the least. The one at 31 was fantastic. Night and day difference. I think there's at least one other one (around 42?). Which is the best?

3) Also, are any of the non-airline lounges nice, and what do they charge?
