* RTW: Code share flights operated by non-star airlines

Looking into the :-: RTW rules, the general rule "code share flights on non-star metal are excluded" does not always hold: not all code share flight numbers are excluded and I can see no rule that the flights have to be operated by a star alliance airline.

With LH and BD, I found some remarkable exceptions:

LH codeshares allowed:
- AP (Air One)
- A3 (Aegan Airlines)
- LG (Luxair)

BD codeshares allowed:
- QR (Qatar Airways)

This gives additional flexibility, especially for domestic flights in Italy and Greece.

Are there more exceptions for other carriers?
