The few times I've had problems with noise outside the room at an ES property, it's been noise from the atrium and/or hallway, not from the street. I find it much easier to sleep through traffic than screaming kids running up and down the hall, a band playing in the atrium at someone's party or reception, and doors slamming. And entering through the living room lets you close the door to the bedroom if you have a meeting or guests in your room.
