I think itwill behard to get comped from AF. You would have to work your way to the status.
AF has different partners than DL, so it depends on where you would need to go. Concerning SkyTema it doesn't matter.
Elite members reeceive bonus. Bleu gives 50pct. and Rouge 100pct.
You will receive Bleu status after 25,000 miles and Rouge after 40,000 miles.
Each program has its pros and cons, but it all depends on what your travel patterns are.
