Yup. Just remember you're not getting into the lounges because your business class ticket (I don't belive Z fares have access), but rather because of your *Gold status. I haven't been to LHR myself in a while, but I believe there are are a couple *alliance Asian carriers that have pretty nice lounges over there.

Z fares do have lounge access. Used one last summer to SIN and had access in every lounge along the way without showing *Gold (which I didn't have at the time)
