Plus I don't like the fact that CRJ's don't have a FC section. And I don't like playing shoulder tango with my seatmate on a 3-4 hour flight.
Other than that, the CRJ is a fine machine.
LOL cholula...was sitting at BGM last trip with a rather chatty woman next to me (think she was afraid of flying and was nervous talking) and the pilots for her flight walked by, they were the typical Skippy types, she accidently says outloud (rather loud) "omg are they old enough to even have driver's licenses, my grandson is older than them". Pilots must have heard her because they just turned and smiled. Once she was done being mortified (thank god I was on a different flight *smile*) we did get some good laughs out of the lunch box one of them had attached to his crew bag and if his mom had made him PB&J for lunch.

But I do agree with you, I want pilots who look like they have had a few tough landings and knows their stuff and are someone's granddad not their grandson!!!
