Certainly not always.I booked a couple of months ago for melbourne next january for the australian open.Price (through hilton.com) was lower than this year.When I checked recently the rate is now Confidential.Yet I can still get the same rate through hilton.com-so its not just because of a cheap rate that is no longer available.
