Like others have mentioned, you need to tell us what segment is listed as Crossair flight. If it is LHR-ZRH, it is most likely be LX full service... as well as ZRH-US. So, you need not worry. Like most EU routes on LH, there will be business class section (I am 80% certain) regardless of the size of the airplane. In such case, you will have C meals, but the seats will just be a glorified economy seats, just like the ones you see on LH. So, if it is for just intra European segment that appears to be on Crossair, I would not worry about it.
