if you hunt back through the DL forum (sorry in a hurry or would find the thread/post for you). I actually bought my CRC membership on Delta Dollars and posted about it, there was an issue with the type of voucher (which is what the post was about) and they had to go through converting my voucher from one type to another (the CRC angels handled it all for me). Sounds like you may need the same thing done.
