CO Insider - thanks for the post. I actually hadn't noticed you posted a reply here until today.

This has just happened to me again today. I'm trying to check-in for my flights to Europe tomorrow and the system doesn't recognize my NW WP #. However, since my first leg is already in FC, I get EliteAccess.

CO never used to have this problem - and I've been a NW WP Elite since 1998 or 1999, long before I was ever flying CO. I'm curious as to what CO.com changed to start having problems recognizing NW WP #'s?

Anyone else who uses a NW WP # on CO.com having this problem? It can't be related just to elites?!
