At least we don't have a sticky at the top of the forum with consolidated complaints about the AA website. AA must be doing something right

I'd like to see some additional features (partner award travel, for instance), but the website is pretty reliable for the basic things I need it to do (simple round trip bookings, checking seats and reservations, and account balance).
