I am not an AA flyer. However, I saw an opinion that aa.com
is ugly, awkward, and offers very few features that actually help a traveler.

It is no secret that vast majority of UA flyers on FT have very, very low ratings for ual.com, nicknamed ual.bomb for its inferior designs and features. So I am surprised to hear that aa.com is so crappy.
Is this true? Could it be any worse than ual.com?
In my view NW/CO have excellent websites.
I may have few trips to book on AA including the new ORD-PVG nonstop but now I want to think twice. Experienced AA flyers, please issue some opinions.
