I stopped by Buster's Texas-Style Barbecue when I was in the pacific NW recently and I have to say I was quite impressed. Very good brisket (which is really what I am looking for) and just OK pulled pork. Again, I am primarly concerned with the brisket, which is why the pulled pork does not tarnish my reccomendation for the place.
