There is just one window total at 1EF. At normal F rows, there are two windows, but about half of one of the windows always is blocked by the seat back in front of you, and slightly more if the pax in front of you reclines. The only difference the lack of a second window makes at 1EF is that the aisle pax has to look straight out of the single window and does not have as panoramic a view as one might have if there were two windows. A negligible difference, IMO.
