People mention the free drinks for late flights - I was going to partake of one on BWI-CLE yesterday, as my usual custom on WN flights - but about 5 minutes later, the pilot asked the FAs to sit down (turbulence). What annoyed me about this:

1. My flight was two hours delayed, and so I was looking forward to the Bailey's and cocoa, and
2. 5 minutes afterwards, the flight smoothed out. I remember seeing a passenger who went to the bathroom, so the "fasten seat belt" sign wasn't exactly enforced.

Quite frankly, that was a pretty frsutrating way to end a frustrating day of air travel (mostly due, admittedly, to ATC in HOU and the northeast). However, I would have appreciated it had the FAs taken some more initiative and taken drink orders on the ground (the flight left 30 minutes after the 6:35 PM "late scheduled" time and almost 2.5 hours after the scheduled time).
