Yes. You need to have the same thing happen as last time.
You need them to exchange your old e-tickets for new ones to match your new itinerary. It usually takes ticketing about a day or 2 after reservations changes your PNR with the new flights to reissue the tickets. So keep checking UA.com.
If you don't see new ticket numbers by this weekend, call back and have the agent send a message to ticketing to see why it has not yet been reissued.
Also make sure that your credit card information is valid in your UA.com profile and with the credit card you originally used to purchase the first tickets. If not, they may not be able to reissue if there are more taxes because of possible different routing.
