Buried in this muck is what could be a serious question that could deserve a serious answer.
Nobody supporting SSM or opposing the SkyMiles program changes at DL has any strong negative feelings toward some of the technological changes DL has made. For example, I happen to like the ability to get information on my connecting flights immediately upon leaving the jetway.
The question is one of relevance. If DL's treatment of its customers and the SkyMiles changes drives customers away, the fact that they have all this great wizardry isn't particularly relevant. It's kind of like talking about how great the food is at a hotel that has done just about everything possible to drive every loyal traveler away.
