Don't know about your Shure E2c, but my E4c comes with a 1/8" to 1/4" adapter already. If you don't have one, you can get one at Radio Shack for $2.99 [Part# 274-367]

For the dual-plug stereo jack on many airlines, it's $5.99 at Radio Shack. [Part# 42-2495]
