United.com support is now in India. This was an ok move since they were basically unable to solve any problems before, and it remains the same now.
Reboot your machine and log back in. If nothing changes, then... dunno. I've had weirdness on My Itineraries even when nothing's wrong with the record (for example, the date will suddenly be "n/a", a segment will go missing, etc) but calling res reassures me that all is fine, as suggested above. ^
