In my experience Chicago has the most quality IDine restaurants of any city.
Red Light and Marche have been on the IDine for a number of years now and I've hosted groups at both (especially Red Light) when in Chicago on business. Like many pan-Asian restaurants Red Light is especially good for ordering a number of dishes and sharing everything.

Spiaggia's great too if on an expense account.
