got a great rate
$99 a nite
includes breakfest for 2
a bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries upon arrival
after tendering a premium pound my final bill was $66

hote shows no sign of wear , tear or damage
but theer are EPA workers ( and probably other contractors) living in the hotel

service was fine

although the food offering in the concierge lounge were un inspiring

of note is the new style elevator
were you punch in the floor you want to go to, then you are directed to a particular elevator
