FWIW, I have noticed an increase in delays during my last month of flying...I think the increased summer travel has a lot to do with it. My favorite delay is when you get to your destination 10 minutes early, the gate's not ready, and you sit on the runway until 10-15 minutes after your original ETA before the gate is ready.
