Easyjet disappointed - legal action against AF/KLM failed

La compagnie easyJet se dit "déçue" dans un communiqué par la décision prise par la Cour européenne de Première Instance qui rejette ses plaintes quant à la fusion Air France/KLM. Pour elle "La Commission européenne a abordé de manière superficielle la fusion (...) sans porter une attention particulière aux intérêts des passagers.
The company Easyjet is disappointed. In an official statement Easyjet commented the decision taken by the European Court who rejected the complaints about the merger of Air France/KLM. The European Commission investigated superficially (...) without considering the passengers' interests
