Obviously, depends on the hotel. I've stayed at a few where the minibar is included in the room cost, which is always fun... But if the markup's not too big, I'll happily pay a couple of Euros for some ice tea or fizzy water if I'm stuck in the room working. Frankly, it's a lot cheaper for my company than sending me to the shops...
