I STRONGLY recommend buying your DB train tickets and getting your seat reservations online on the DB website. Setting up an account on the english-language part of the DB sie is easy - you can not only get your tickets and reservations taken care of at one time, you can then print the actual boarding pass (you can also save the ticket/boarding pass image as a .pdf file for re-printing use, if needed). (Also, IIRC, you get a discount on the seat reservation fee if you do it online). Don't forget to book your return from Berlin too!
Great advice, thanks ^
Yes, im staying at the Royal (seems a nice property). Awesome that its only a few blocks away. I am going to take your advice and prompty book these puppies up. 139Eur each for 1rst class sounds reasonable.
Question: Say i would need to change the departure date on my inbound from BER, would that be a problem or subject to availability they might consider putting us on an earlier or later one?
