I always wonder why nwa.com ranks so low on surveys, like the recent JD Powers one.

So many features (though it does take some time to get to know it) that most airline sites (DL, US for example) that you can't do much but buy tickets and check in

However, the flight search functions award and revenue really could be better. I have to try multiple ways in order to find the best flights. Example searching by price, for LAX-BKK I get $1560 with a AA flight to SFO then NRT --> BKK on NW. However if I pick the LAX --> NRT --> BKK from the by schedule feature, the more direct all NW flights come out to $1420.

I guess I just answered my own question....
