You are dealing with BAEC NA right? Well I applied for mine and got it in two weeks. Don't understand the discrepancy in service between your wife and myself. I did what others on this board suggested, just logged on to my account and applied.
I do take issue with the fact that anyone HAS to apply - it should be automatically sent out.
