"CHOICES" for us (to stay compeititve) or them (burn up obligations quicker?)
I have tried to figure this change out and still confused. It sounds like they are trying to charge more for miles and have people use up the oodles of outstanding obligations they have.
I have a lot of miles (800K miles) and i guess some 130K 'choices'--my credit card purchases is reason for most of the miles earned and i really only use miles for 1st class european travel (125K a pop) for my wife and I-all other uses are not of great value to me.
Anyone in same boat and worried my 'free' 1st class overseas travel is getting much more expensive?
The UAL phone people seem to be useless, although friendly in explaning.
