Just one other idea/question - you're not taking any anti-malaria tablets or any other similar medication all of a sudden are you? I took the Boots tablets before my trip to India in April (first trip, better safe than sorry) and it caused very similar sounding problems on my hands. This was the only thing I could pinpoint as having changed - the Naran Ji I was using at the time was the same bottle before, during and after. The side-effects do list skin irritations.
