Usually I just squirt a tiny amount (can't overdo it as it's quite expensive! ) onto my fingertips and then rub together with my thumbs before rinsing quickly - I don't spend ages washing my hands! It's exactly these areas of my hands - the fingertips palm side down - that the skin is peeling. The other parts of my hands are absolutely fine. It's not that obvious unless you look really closely.

No, I haven't stopped using it since I discovered the problem. I considered all other possibilities; was it the washing up detergent? No, I ruled that out. Only came to the conclusion today that it must be the handwash.

Yes, could be a batch problem - never thought of that.
