Hey all,

Having had a bunch of Citi issues--bad customer service on three recent occasions, I decided I'd look into the RBS card. The phone number from the website says that they have no idea what I'm talking about and no such card exists ?!?!

I've emailed both AA and RBS, but while I'm waiting for answers thought I'd turn to the true experts. Does anyone know what's going on with this?
