Bulgaria & Romania USD or EUR?

After the April 06 fare increases the general consensus was that Bulgaria and Romania had the wrong currency codes; although the *file indicated USD, they were actually EUR. I had this confirmed by a specialist RTW TA.

However, three months later the new *file still gives these two starting points as USD, not EUR. Surely they should have corrected these "typos" by now? Or are they possibly USD after all? Wishful thinking?
