I don't know if I got the last room in the house or if the desk clerk just didn't care or what. I never thought much about it, really, assuming that the hotel knew what they were doing and that there must have been other similar rooms in the event they were needed. Now I feel bad!

Seems to me that's a completely different situation than TABs who deliberately reserve an accessible room, or hotels that underprice the accessible rooms.
