I would think a sticky in Travel Technology would probably be the best location.

The truth is though, that what you're really talking about is a database of free hotspots. I'm not against that, just not sure how you would put a database like that together in a forum structure.

Might be smarter for Randy to have the "web minions" put together a database from info provided and then link to it from the front page. Something like "Road Warrior Tools" with hotspot lists, 1-800 access numbers for the top five or ten dial in ISPs (AOL, Earthlink, etc). 1-800 numbers for all the major hotels and airlines and car rental places etc etc.
