E train to Manhattan. Sit in the first car. Get off at Lexington Avenue. Go up the escalator and follow signs for the
6 Downtown. Take it one stop to 42nd Street, Grand Central.

tom, from Penn to GCT, you have to take 2 trains. There isn't a single seat ride.
