I recommend two brands for good quality, Hantel or Hable Mas. I believe both charge in the neighborhood of AR$0.17/min = U$S 0.05/min for calls to the US. You can get these prepaid long distance cards from any kiosco when you're picking up the Personal Light prepaid cards for cell phone time. As you see, the cost doesn't come from the long distance but from the cell phone usage....
