luv2ctheworld, the SIS owns a factory which produces costume jewelry so if you show up with a few real trinkets which she can copy I am certain she will be happy to show you around Milan.

They don't have to be extravagant. A diamond necklace from Tiffany's and an emerald and ruby encrusted bracelet from Cartier's should suffice.
