Yes, the former Westin IS, in fact, terrible (based on personal experience) but this is the Hyatt Regency. The PH is down the street and presumably better, but I have not stayed there. The Pen would probably be a better choice, but you would have to make up your own mind about how much extra space at the PH would be worth to you.
