The Park Hyatt is the former Westin. Rumour has it that service was so atrocious that the Westin was defrocked, and the hotel hasn't changed its ways, making for a rather poor PH. Maybe the worst in the world if the reports are to be believed, but I haven't stayed there. A room at the Pen would seem to be much more desirable, for many reasons, than this PH.
