In your particular case, there are only 3 seats (ATL-ATH) and 2 seats (ATL-JFK) left in Business Class, and with coach already being overbooked on both flights, odds are very high that those few remaining seats will be sold.
With the holiday weekend in addition to the high loads, I would rate your chances in your particular case close to zero that they will clear any additional award seats onto those flights.
