I am new to FT... thanks for any help on this!

Can anyone advise: we are going on our honeymoon in 10 days, and are booked on Air Tahiti Nui, economy class. I have Capital One miles (have never tried to redeem) -- and would like to try for an upgrade to business class.
Has anyone done this successfully?

Any other strategies for upgrading?
