big-boards.com. It’s a list of all the major internet bulletin boards. You can click on the board name and see what the board is all about and how they handle graphics.
BTW, FlyerTalk is at position #102 in the big-boards list as of this morning.
As to the budget for this project, it’s pretty much just sweat equity.
