My flight yesterday from Paris Charles de Gaulle to Toronto Pearson was four hours late. It took off late in Paris, seemed to lose time over ocean (headwinds?), then we sat on the tamack for roughly an hour. AC blamed everyone else of course. Aside from cabin crew, no one appeared who I could have quizzed on the matter. So, does a 4 hour late flight get you anything and if so who do have to complain to?
