TrueBlue points usually post once your flight touches down...by the time I get home within an hour, the points already appear (unless they are checkin online bonus points back in Dec. they had 2 points for checking in online and it took about 3 days).

I would take the advice of the poster above and use Speak Up on jetblue.com...if they don't help you and get your points posted in less than 5 days, call 1-800-JETBLUE and ask for the TrueBlue desk...they will post them right away.
