Anywho, include the same information you would have put in the "request points" ... flight numbers/days/times and a confirmation number. They usually get back to you within a day or two.

You think that is bad? I have had 6 straight flight segments on Continental put into my onepass account without it registering on my total amount of miles. This isn't the first time that it has happened either. I have given up with that program and am sticking with Jetblue when I can.
