Nope, the reservation agent is right - it will only show up on MySouthwest if you purchased the flight while logged in. And, sadly, there is no way to add upcoming itineraries to your account (unless you cancel your existing reservation and rebook while logged in).

Hope they fix this oversight. I'm sure its only a matter of time.
